Most beautiful place I have ever seen in my life. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My friends and I had a brilliant time and will not hesitate to be coming back.

Forget scattered family time or busy schedules. The Charm is a luxury
lodge made for being together, uninterrupted, under vaulted ceilings
and surrounded by the beautiful Welsh countryside.

In a beautifully secluded and peaceful spot with the river running gently beside it, this wooden giant boasts over 2,000 square feet of space to fill up with laughter and stories. Every inch has been designed by our interior designer, Clair Brereton, for optimum luxury, comfort and relaxation.

Inside and Outside

Light floods into the open-plan living area on the ground floor – and you know, from the first moment you step into this incredible bright space, that this is the heart of The Charm. Here, you can gather as a family or a group in front of the ‘wall of windows’ eye-to-eye with the views and wildlife.

There are plush sofas to unfurl yourself on, unique artwork by local artist, Elizabeth MacDonald, all the tech you need to binge your favourite series and stay connected to the outside world (should you want to do so), as well as a large dining table where you can all share meals together. The high-spec kitchen is packed with equipment, including a microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine.

You’ll find a beautifully styled master bedroom on the ground floor, with a king-sized bed, fitted wardrobes and a generous en-suite with a bath and an overhead shower. Muddy boots? No problem – there’s a utility room downstairs for storing your outdoor kit or for towelling off mucky paws.

Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms as charmingly decorated as the master by our interior designer. Both are a double and come with premium beds, thick mattresses, crisp sheets and clean towels. Also on this floor, is the bright and modern main bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, fit for groups to use.

The Charm on the outside is just as impressive. Like our other luxury lodges, it too has a hot tub perfectly positioned on the sweeping wrap-around deck for soaking up the fresh mountain air. The outdoor space is private and overlooks a small peaceful lake; great for quiet times together as a family relaxing or BBQs under the sunshine.
