They say it’s all about the location. Well, The Flock knows a thing or two about location. This stunning two-store luxury timber lodge sits in an enviable place on our park, slightly elevated and facing our largest wildlife lake.

Thanks to the lodge’s incredible ‘wall of windows’, the wilds of Penvale are visible day and night, if you choose them to be. Gather under the same enormous roof, with the sun and stars taking up the vista. Or settle on the huge wrap-around deck, drink in hand happily chatting with the ones you love.

Inside and Outside

There’s no shortage of space inside The Flock. From the magnificent open-plan living, king-size bedroom and dining and kitchen area on the ground floor, to the super-king and king-sized bedrooms above – you and your family or friends have nearly 200 sq.m to call your own.

Best of all, we’ve made sure all this space is not just practical but luxurious. This is not ordinary accommodation; this is premium-level comfort with rooms curated and perfected by our interior designer, Clair Brereton. Large velvet sofas, artwork by local artist, Elizabeth MacDonald, thick-pile rugs and carpets, fine bedding and linen, along with high-end tech to keep you effortlessly entertained and connected.

Each of the 3 bedrooms (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs) is as dreamy as the next; with the kind of beds you won’t want to leave the next morning and views to the forest or over the lake.

The king-sized bedroom downstairs has a large en-suite boasting a bath and a walk-in shower. Upstairs, you’ll find two more immaculate en-suites off the king and super-king rooms – both with walk-in showers – no sharing needed.

The space continues outside onto your private sweeping deck. It comes complete with a glass balustrade, so nothing gets in the way of the views, comfy garden furniture and the magnum opus: a bubbling hot tub that’s large enough for you all.
